I recently bought a radio from Jules (W1ZZG). When it arrived, I quickly realized that it was not exactly as I thought it would be. I contacted Jules and his response was simple, "Send it back for a full refund."
Today, I got a money order. To my surprise, it included his cost in shipping the radio to me (money that is out of his pocket). But to my utter amazement, it also included the cost I incurred in shipping the radio back to him! His reimbursement actually included shipping both ways!
Friends, that is a man with class, a man of honor, a man who goes above and beyond to stand by his word!
