I bought a mca204 multicoupler from this gentleman and when I received it, it was dead, deaf, did not pass signal. I emailed this gentleman and told
him and asked how he wanted to handle it and he sent me a refund asap. I asked if he wanted me to ship it back to him and he said "it bad, don't send
back". Can't find anyone more honest than this.
Would do business with him again in a heart beat.
