I recently picked up several items from W6TN, Trung. The items were exactly as described and exactly as I had expected. Within an hour or so of sending payment I had a tracking number and the items were on the way. Maybe I just got lucky there but still, amazing!!
In the course of our conversations by email I mentioned to Trung how I have been bitten by the CW bug. Most folks that sell things(me included) are busy, want the items gone, and do not want to spend hours on end talking to a buyer. Not Trung. He went out of his way and sent numerous emails on advice about things I can do to help my CW studies along.
