I sold Keith a piece of equipment and the entire transaction was smooth as silk. We talked on the phone to answer any lingering questions he may have had. There was no "tire kicking" "delayed responses" or " unnecessary haggling" , just quick payment and good communication. Keith is a real gentleman. Tim NZ8J
