I had an excellent buying experience from David. Not only was the radio in the condition he stated, which was mint, he was also very generous in sending me batteries which are used by the IC-703. I certainly hope to do business with him again. Let me add, we had a wonderful conversation when I called him with questions prior to the purchase.
