I purchased an ICOM 821H from Ron-KB8GUE & it was as described or even better.It is very clean & operates great as well.He packs his shipments as I do which is as if they are being shipped to myself.The package could have been thrown off of a bridge I believe & it would have survived.His pricing was AWESOME as was the entire deal.I would deal with him again & YES I paid him with a Postal Money Order NOT them folks at PayPal.He gave me an Honest deal & followed through with everything & more.We could use more in the hobby in the Buying,Selling,& Trading part for sure.
