William Brown bad radio

I purchased a Kenwood 741 from William Brown
It came DOA rather than as described, a fine working radio
I emailed him several times and never received a reply
I then contacted Paypal and they sent him an email and he ignored that one also
After the proper time elapsed, Paypal refunded my money
The radio has been sitting here all boxed up waiting for a return shipping label
The radio was purchased 6/29 and money refunded 7/19
Oct 5 I receive a threatening email from Brown demanding his money or radio
Again, it is sitting here, boxed up, waiting for a return shipping label
He can gladly have his DOA radio back
