N3VBR - Anyone know this op?

Holding an amp for this guy that is suppose to be picking it up in late August. Been sending a couple or three emails just checking and now no response. I did not get a phone number at the time. Likely a tire kicker but who knows. Just asking around. Likely I am holding the bag again....
