Don't buy from K0RU. He is a crook!

Hopefully I can save someone the headache I have been through after purchasing an antenna tuner for Robert Underwood K0RU. He said the tuner was in 100 % working order. Once home and hooked up, no out put to the SWR and RF meters. Checked the 9 volt battery that powers the meters and it was completely dead. After replacing, meters still dead. That means he didn't test the tuner before selling it or he would have seen it didn't work. Meters are totally dead. Texts, Emails, and Phone calls have been ignored. He is a crook.
