k9dtc scammer beware!

I sold this gentleman 2 3-500 tubes known working from a henry amp. I ship to him and he tells me he got 650 from one tube and 600 from other. Then the story changes and he tells me they dont work. So he got reimbursed on paypal and was asked to ship them back. He ships back but doesnt wrap tubes individually as they came to him and they come here broken. I ask him via email if he got insurance and no response from 3 emails. So im out shipping funds and a pair of tubes. Just want everyone to know beware. Sad when hams treat other hams like this over a couple hundred bucks! So sorry i had to report this abt a fellow ham but i lived up to my end of deal only to be scammed in the end. So again k9dtc.
