Van, WE4P, is definitely one of the best hams I have dealt with. I bought a Palstar tuner from him that looks new inside and out. Also works like new. Van, was quick to respond to my emails and kept me informed about how he shipped and when it should arrive. It was packed exceptionally well. I would not hesitate to buy from him again and would recommend him to anyone that wants an honest, no hassle transaction.
