I purchased a number of items from Paul Loinardo, K2HU. In the process of packing these items, one of the smaller items got into the wrong box and it was accidentally sent to someone else. In the process of each of us looking for it, I was sure that I didn't get it and he was sure that he had sent it, it came back to him from the person that he had accidentally sent it to. He IMMEDIATELY wrote to me that the "lost item" had been found, and that he would send it off to me that day. He followed though - - a great guy to deal with.
