I purchased a Ameritron ALS-500M amp with Remote from John. The packing was exceptional. The condition was as stated "like new'. It took some time to get things to a point where I could test the unit. The communication throughout was very good. John is also replacing a missing cable which means he will go the "extra mile" to make things right.

As stated earlier, this transaction was a excellent experience for me.
