VE3TTF Al Spring of Canada is UNTRUSTFULL

Sold a ICOCM IC-820H to Allan Spring VE3TTF
Sold for $522.50 which included radio, insurance, shipping and customs fee to Canada.($72.50)
I sent him the radio on his preferred carrier (USPS)
Once he received it he started to sendding me nasty emails and cursing because I asked him for payment.
He states that the my perfect working I sent him didnt power up. I told him to send it back and he refuses to. He asked me to send him $80 to ship it and I told him I would pay the return fees once I received the radio.
I already had refunded his full amount.
He took possession of the radio and sent it to ICOM CANADA for repair saying he would discount the repair fees. (never did send it) I told him not to and to send it back to me. He wrote nasty emails back.
Has been almost 3 months and no payment at all and wont answer emails.
I lost a radio and $72.50 shipping cost.
