Super great ham to deal with,Does exactly what he says he will do,I sold him a Portable Shortwave With SSB feature which he needed to monitor the Ham Bands,great communications at all times,he was looking for a RS DX-398 and i had a radio which i felt was just as good,he paid with a postal money order,he even relied on me to purchase the radio WITHOUT sending a picture of it,I had no means to do so,all went super,TRUSTS goes both ways here,and as a buyer,you sure can trust Joe to hold up his end of the sale,super honest ham,thanks JOE !!!
