K0HE, Rick, a Gentleman and a Great Seller

Post by WA4ZYN » Sat Aug 01, 2015 9:53 pm

I just completed a pleasant transaction with Rick K0HE. I purchased a Galaxy AC400 power supply from him, and I could not have asked for better. Rick has been great to work with. He shipped the P/S immediately upon receipt of payment. He sent me the tracking #, and the package arrived the day he said it would. The shipping label showed the shipping cost, which was exactly the amount he had charged me. Packing was the best I have ever seen: the P/S was totally wrapped in bubble-wrap, double-boxed, and duct-taped. Fantastic. The P/S arrived totally unharmed in excellent condition.. Rick then followed up with a phone call to me as soon as he received my email informing him the package had arrived. Rick is a pleasant gentleman who really knows his radios.

One of my favorite things in ham radio is buying or selling something, and ending up finding a new friend.
