WB5OMP bad trade

WB5OMP bad trade
I traded with Steve a Yaesu FTDX3000 for a Flex 3000. The trade was suppose to be straight across for perfectly working and in excellent condition radios that were both very new. Well the Flex 3000 has many problems that have been deemed only repairable at flex service. I documented the problems with screen video capture since it is a SDR radio and Flex did confirm what I was experience was a defect in the radio that they needed to put on the bench to correct. Steve insists that he never noticed any problem so there for the radio does not have a problem and I'm just making it up or I already broke it some how. It only took me one day of operating the radio to see the thing was not working correctly and he had it for over a year. He conveniently never noticed things about the radio that I also found were to be normal traits of the flex radios. Very strange that even know operational traits of this type of radio he also, conveniently never notices. Steve lives one mile away from me and was absolutely unwilling to do anything at all about it. I warn anyone that wants to deal with WB5OMP Steve, you get what you get even if he says it works fine.
