Ken / W0HRO advertised an RCA AR-88 here on QTH last January . I made contact and agreed to buy the radio at that time . Ken was very helpful and we agreed that I would pick up at the Dayton Hamvention . Ken was very helpful in carting the 100 pound RX up to Dayton . We met and the RX came home .
The RX is EXACTLY as described , I was quite surprised to open the top and find he included the original RCA issued manual ! A very rare inclusion for a radio nearly 70 years old . In today's market , sellers often sell off rare original manuals separate from the actual radio . The real radio people keep the manual with the radio , Ken is a real radio person . The radio works great .
