I am happy to report a positive experience when dealing with Bob Mansker of Kenwood Hybrid Parts. He had the part I needed for my TS-830 at a reasonable cost. He shipped very quickly. Bob also provided timely email updates from the time of sale until it was shipped. I have no reservations about doing business with him again.
