Careful selling anything to Jean Price

I recently listed 5 used "A" type bird 43 elements for $175. After more then 15 days of talking on the phone, several times for over an hour straight, Jean Price mailed me a USPS money order for $165. I shipped them to him in a small box individually wrapped in bubble wrap, with tracking and $200 insurance. A few days later Jean called me and told me that he had received the slugs and sounded very happy. We talked for about 30 minutes and he said that the 500 watt slug was slightly bent during shipping but was very minor and he simply pushed it back in with his thumb. He also stated that the 500 watt slug was not accurate and had glue around the rim where someone had removed the cap before. He then stated that he knew about the glue before he purchased them as I had sent him several detailed pix of every element. I quickly assured him that I had used every slug numerous times and knew for a fact that although the 500 watt slug did have glue residue on it, it was in fact accurate. While on the phone with him he put the 500 watt slug in his bird meter and began to "audio" test it. He then stated in a happy tone, "ok your right, it is accurate". He then began to tell me that shortly after buying my element he had came into a couple of the exact elements and asked me if I would like to buy any of them back. I told him I would think about it but later that night told him I was going to pass. I asked him if he would leave me feedback at which time he replied that he would not leave me feedback until he could sell the 500 watt element. I simply replied with a "??? seriously?".. Then at exactly 3:25 AM, Jean sent me a text that the 250 watt slug was bent during shipping and the 500 watt slug had glue residue on it. So I told him to mail them all back to me for a full refund. He replied that he didn't want a refund, he either wanted me to buy a couple of the slugs back or file a insurance claim with USPS. By this time I was ready to pour a shot and I don't even drink. I again told him, mail them ALL back and I would issue full refund. Again, he refused this option. After a few minutes of peace and quiet, Jean once again sent me a text at 4:14 AM stating that he was going to contact the post office about an insurance claim and if that didn't work he was going to leave me negative feedback and make a negative youtube video with my call sign.

Sorry so long, but wanted to include all details. I offered a full refund at least 5 different times and everytime he said no. He simply wants to have his cake and eat it too. I would suggest you seriously think it over before doing business with this guy. He will talk your ear off like your best friends but its all part of his sorry plan. Everything stated can be proved. Feel free to ask any questions.

THE FOLLOWING FACTS ARE TRUE
I DID SEND A US POSTAL MONEY ORDER TO BRICE COX (KK4ULE)
FOR 165.00. 3 DAYS LATTER I RECEIVED A TEXT FROM HIM, HE STATED
I HAVE GOOD AND BAD NEWS. I CALLED HIS # AND ASKED WHAT WAS WRONG?
AT THAT TIME HE INFORMED ME GOOD NEWS IS THE MONEY ORDER IS GOOD,
I ASKED WHAT WAS THE BAD NEWS? HE STATED HE WAS NOT SENDING ANYTHING!!
THEN HE INFORMED ME HE WAS JOKING AND SUPPLIED A TRACKING #. I DID NOT
FIND THIS AMUSING AT ALL.I RECEIVED MY BUBBLE WRAP ENVELOPE WITH 5 BIRD 43 ELEMENTS
YES A BUBBLE WRAP ENVELOPE NOT A BOX AS BRICE STATED (HAVE PICS TO LOAD)
OPENED ENVELOPE AND THE 250 WAS BENT AND WOULD NOT FIT INTO EITHER METER.
THE 500 WAS ALTERED AND HAD A REGLUED CAP (WHICH IS NOT STRAIGHT).
HE DID SUPPLY PICS AS STATED BUT LOW QUALITY CELL PHONE PICS
I CALLED BRICE ASAP INFORMED HIM OF ALL OF THE DISCREPANCIES UPON OPENING THE ENVELOPE
AT THIS POINT IN TIME HE ASKED DID I WANT SOME MONEY BACK? I STATED LET ME SEE ABOUT THE 250
IF I CAN USE IT. BUT THE 500 WAS FOR RESALE AND I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE ABOUT RESELLING A ALTERED ELEMENT.
HE STATED HE WOULD BUY IT BACK, I TOLD HIM 35.00 TO HIS DOOR(SHIPPED) HE TOLD ME HE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME.
HE LATTER CONTACTED ME AND ASKED ME ABOUT LEAVING HIM POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON HERE,
I TOLD BRICE I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS TRANSACTION AT THIS POINT. HE DID OFFER A REFUND BUT,
DUE TO THE FACT I PAID WITH A US POSTAL MONEY ORDER AND NOT PAYPAL I HAVE NO PROTECTION .
AT THIS POINT IN TIME HE GOT NASTY WITH ME AND STATED KEEP THEM OR SEND THEM BACK (HE TEXT I HAVE SPOKEN)
I SAID OK I WILL LEAVE YOU TRUTHFUL FEEDBACK AND I HAVE AND I TOLD HIM I WOULD MAKE A VIDEO AND POST IT ON YOUTUBE
TO WARN OTHER PEOPLE OF HOW YOU DO THINGS ( SHIP 5 PRECISION ELEMENTS IN A BUBBLE WRAP ENVELOPE)
ALL OF THE ELEMENTS DO WORK. I HAVE BEEN TRUTHFUL HE IS A YOUNG KID NEW TO THE GAME WHO THINKS IT IS
OK TO SHIP 5 BIRD ELEMENTS IN A SMALL BUBBLE WRAP ENVELOPE 73S JEAN

Mr. Price. You sir are a liar and I'm wondering what game is it that you are referring to as you are not even a Ham operator? And please get it straight, I was NOT nasty, I WAS forward and blunt. That is nearly always going to be my reaction when someone is laughing and cutting up with me for a couple weeks straight and then starts drunk texting me @ 3 am because one of their brain cells told the other they think they know a way to get something for nothing. You know THIS IS FACT. And here is one more FACT,

Right here in front of GOD and QTH, again Mr. Price, MAIL EVERYONE OF THEM BACK TO ME---FULL REFUND WILL BE YOURS... 10-4 Good Buddy???

One of the many pix sent via email to Mr. Price. Not the best camera in the world by any means but still a decent picture quality. NOT from camera phone, but rather my digital camera.
