Kenwood Australia

Kenwood Australia Service Dept.

We as Australian Amateurs would like to welcome Gavin to the Service section at Kenwood in Sydney New South Wales Branch.

Wayne VK4XAR and my self Chris VK2UW had the great pleasure of meeting Gavin on Monday just gone, as Wayne and my self both had radio's with problems to be fixed.

After leaving Kenwood on Monday morning we were assured from Gavin that they would be looked at straight away and he would keep us in touch with his progress, this he did by phoning just 2hrs after leaving Kenwood.

He up dated Wayne on the problems with his radio and had fixed that section, but after further checks Gavin had found the radio was not up to Specifications.

He told us that this might take awhile to find and sort out.

Then this morning {Wednesday} Wayne got a phone call to say the radio is now repaired and on it's way to him by Courier.

What better service could you ask for than that.

Gavin comes from the armed forces as a Technician.

Thanks Kenwood Australia.
