Stan had an ad selling an original Collins mechanical filter, F-455 J-20, which was exactly what I wanted. I contacted him, via email, and he responded quickly. His price and terms were very fair. So, I got the payment together, in a method of payment acceptable to us both, and maile it to him.
Today, the filter arrived, in the original Collins Filter box. It was very well packed, and shipped rapidly. Stan kept in good communication, at all times, and was a total pleasure to deal with, the entire time.
Thanks Stan, for being a good, honest and "old school" helpful ham. It was a pleasure, and I hope to work you, on the air, sometime soon, using my "Gold Dust Twins".
