KC5QCB

Post by Ben Bond »

Janet, KC5QCB shipped a FT-857D which did not include the 4-6 inch cable that connects the front plate to the radio. She did send me a 19' 6in cable that is part of the separation kit. So I have a radio with a incomplete separation kit or a stock FT-857D missing a shorter cable - Looks like some info was not told in the initial ad..........

Did you ask her for it? Maybe she simply forgot to include it?

all parts received

Just a follow up to my orignal post, Janet, KC5QCB has shipped the parts missing from the radio. She went the extra mile to order a missing cable from Yaesu and had it shipped to me.

Thanks Janet

In my opinion I think this entire post should be deleted. There was no fraud or intent to defraud here just a common mistake that the seller "went the extra mile" to correct.

Actually, it is a useful post since KC5QCB made it good and that is a positive for the seller.
