KA7FFF Ripped me off

I have been a Diamond Antenna dealer for over 15 years. (theantennafarm.com). This "person" purchased a new Diamond A144S5 antenna on ebay from us. We shipped him a brand new antenna, he immediately took advantage of our free returns policy on ebay and sent us back nothing but a used radiating element. So we are out the antenna and shipping TWICE. How can these people do these kinds of things to fellow hams and then get on the air using the very antenna or radio they just ripped off and talk to other hams as if they're your buddy? What a f*@ck$% up way of life...
