Possible scammer using W0TSM call and name Tom Mahoney

Possible scammer, I sent funds via PayPal, the PayPal ID email now bounces. I was provided two email addresses, one 'personal' and one 'business', now both bounce. Have filed PayPal dispute.
Callsign lookup on QRZ.com shows:
W0TSM  USA
Tom Mahoney
510 Roland St
Jefferson City, MO 65101
USA
Ham Member Lookups: 4396
But suspiciously, no email address.
Anyone know W0TSM or any way to get in touch with him as his call may be being used for a scam?
