Someone is continuing to use W4SSB callsign

This is the real W4SSB Manuel Maseda in Tampa Fl. I continue to get reports of people being contacted by a scammer saying he is me. He mainly uses the email address of W4SSB@yahoo.com. Please don't buy or sell anything from this guy. I will not post any ads on QTH or QRZ until this person is caught. I have reported him to Paypal but I don't think they have shut him down yet. He has an active Paypal account using that email address. If anyone need to contact me my info on QRZ is up to date.
