Last time I saw this scam was in Oct 2016. Call is expired, doesn't match present location (AZ) and phone number different:

Uses Bill, JT, etc. Beware. Goes by WB8USA, totally different QTH, Name, etc. Who knows....
This guy uses various names, locations, etc. Last I have seen is John Shelton Lancon, 6560 E. Staly St, Florence, AZ 85132.
Yes, I would definitely be wary of someone with multiple names, addresses, expired callsigns, etc.
