Shipping UPS - How To

I've had problems in the past with UPS damage shipment and subsequent extensive efforts to resolve claims.

The last few times I choose to have the local UPS Store pack, insure and ship the items. Oh yes, it is a good bit more expensvie but totally worth it in my opinion.

The last two damaged shipments were blamed initially as "improperly packed" Now I've heard that old song before. My response, "well, your company packed it, your company insured it, your company shipped it, your company damaged it". Man, you'd be surprised how quick they paid.

Try it and pay the $$ to have them pack and ship.
