Well has been weeks and the pair hasn't sent my item back. I called Ebay and after some run around, I finally obtained someone in a Customer service role that admitted, they are trying to scam me, since they have been provided a UPS shipper label, which to date, they haven't shipped so they canceled...

Well, they lied successfully, and Escam gave them their money..now I am out of the funds and the item....

This was my first attempt to sell something on EScam and I run into two individuals that lie about an item I offered for sale, and now I have the money pulled from my bank account and nothing to show for it. If this website is under someone's responsibility, they can remove or allow whatever they desire. However, this issue seems pretty well defined already.

There are of course, other websites by which to post if unacceptable here. Simple matter of choice.

Ripped me off. When asked about a tracking number from USPS, told me he didn't really have one. When I asked again, two days later, he sent me the shipping status (so he had tracking info). WHen I got the item, it was a junker, and no refund. I submitted a claim to Pay Pal, he lied his way out of it...

Not sure what more one can do when someone contacts them regarding wanting to purchase something...no previous callsign alerts, all appeared legit. He did comit mail and bank fraud as well as internet fraud. period. In any event, it is a sad day that amateur operators have to scan the web for alerts...
