Plenty of Hams who ask for items are tire-kickers, have "XYL issues" or didn't have the money to begin with.....or are just "rude" & can't answer back . Don't know, but wouldn't it be wise to indicate said "arrangement" in ads, I.E.: "Full disclosure"?!? Regardless, it 's a "shame' when it appears hams are attempting to "take advantage" of other hams... OK, I'm out, can't spend anymore time on this, there are no "correct answers" to an/my opinion .....
