Which shipping method do you prefer? USPS, UPS, FedEx or ?

I've been using the US Mail (USPS) for all my shipping. The local pharmacy has a USPS and UPS counter, but for UPS shipments they have a sur-charge... but not for USPS. Also, near as I can tell, USPS is cheaper, at least for most small shipments sent to residential addresses. That's my two cents. :D...
