Re: W1JCW AVOID!
Same 374 you claimed to one ham that was from your deceased friend, then sold to me claiming it was from your deceased grandfather? Which story is the truth John? I suspect that you’re using QTH.com to sell because eBay and other sites have banned you? https://i.postimg.cc/WzSGyQcy/F3-F4-D9-EE-511-B...

Re: W1JCW AVOID!
For instance this is a photo of an Alpha 76 amplifier you sold to another ham that clearly shows the bottom edge of the 374 amplifier that I now own with the damage to the bottom right sitting on top of it. You claimed to the ham you sold the 76 to that they were both from your deceased friend. Why ...

Re: W1JCW AVOID!
On Jan 20 John wrote: “ I have shipped many amps and radios several times never had issues with how I packed them.” This is a lie, here is one photo of a tube from an Alpha 76 John shipped to another ham last year. I have more photos of shipping damage, burned capacitor plates, and shoddy work in th...

Thank's again John for the great service and transaction. Everything was smoooooth... When the amp got here I saw that it was double boxed, thanks! I didn't even ask for that... I appreciate you going the extra mile for me and giving me a great deal. When I opened the box it looked like it came dire...

Tom N7WI - Good Deal - W1JCW
Sold an Acom 2000 to Tom recently and all went well. No problem with Fed Ex getting it there in two packages which is nice now a days the way these carriers are. All installation and tested worked as it should along with fine tuning the bands. Tom was easy to work with and communicated well and sent...

James W5COE - W1JCW Good Guy
John W1JCW and James W5COE had a big deal recently for a large antenna purchase and all went well.
He received the antenna no damage and all parts as it should.
He communicated well and was easy to work with.
Great deal on this fine antenna system.
I would deal with him any time.

Re: W1JCW AVOID!
Bump.
John, you claim that your packaging job was sufficient and I’m to blame for the damage, but in your email you state that it would’ve been too expensive to pack properly, and you didn’t have boxes big enough.
Which story is it John? You can’t have it both ways.

Wow! This thread is getting a reaction in my inbox! Other hams are reaching out to me with similar stories of Johns antics and high opinion of himself. Hiding behind the “reply” ban doesn’t help your reputation John. You sell mostly inexpensive items, then push people for positive feedback. When oth...

Re: the worst you have ever received?
I straightened the mounting tabs on the trans & repaired the band switch that was damaged on the RF deck so all is well now. W1JCW just can’t accept that his packaging job was dismal at best. Kind of an arrogant dick about it too.

Back to the top, others need to steer clear! Snake in the grass! Read ALL of his feedback! When things don’t go well Johns pattern is to resort to name calling, cussing, shifting blame, and complete denial of any responsibility. I’m not just going to go away John, may as well get used to it. Own up ...

Re: W1JCW AVOID!
Your history, or the amps history have no bearing on this transaction, and your comments about the cleanliness of my shack and hands illustrates your confrontational, childish attitude. Not sure what you’re blabbering about being blown up, it’s just a bad band switch. I’m not sure how calling you wo...

Stand by, John is actively searching our email exchanges for something that will absolve him of any liability for his actions, or lack there of.
