Thanks to PayPal my money has been recovered. Never use PayPal option to send money to Friends/Family unless you have complete trust in the seller. This option does not use any fees and therefore you will not have the backing to recover your payment.

I dealt with this guy and a Donna Rutherford. They sent the item I purchased and it was not as described and damaged in poor shipping package. Thankfully I used PayPal and was issued a refund.
