This probably has a lot to do with the new Postmaster General ordering high-speed sorting machines disassembled, some blue "drop-box" mail boxes removed, overtime eliminated, along with other changes in the last two months. Our local P.O. is not happy.

If they are as you describe, I wouldn't worry about their feelings being hurt by exposing them, not to mention if I knew who they were, I would not sell to them.

Maybe QTH needs to start a new forum, maybe titled "Parts Swappers Listing", so anyone burned by a parts swapper can (and should) list the crooks call sign, and the particulars. Is that too extreme?

I`ll second that..Bruce is another good guy.

I've had several transactions with Mike. He is a man of his word. Great communication, prompt payment. He's one of the "good guys" here on QTH, and you can deal with him with confidence!

In the last few months, I have sold several items to Mike...He`s always been prompt with payment, communication, and in general, he has done what he said he`s gonna do.

I`d sell to him again without hesitation.

A lot of folks posting advertisements don`t seem to proof-read their ads for proper grammar, mis-spelling, and worst of all, posting pictures that are sideways, and even upside down...Then top it off with posting in all CAPS. There is a "4" station who posts every ad in all caps, with every picture ...

In the op`s original post, I believe he said that "PP" would not let him send it back...so unless "friends and family" was used, or there was a time factor, it seems that using Paypal didn`t make a difference in this case.
