For the last 4 or so years Justin has not had a good track record. It shouldn't take the threat of legal action in order to get him to send out the merchandise that someone paid for. why should it take the threat of legal action in order for someone to send out the merchandise that someone paid for. I hope all take notice of this before dealing with a person like justin.

All Justin's "correspondance is available" just like those documents from Ebay that supposedly prove that his account was hi-jacked. Recording a telephone conversation without someones consent is unethical and illegal, other than for your own piece of mind it will not hold up in court At least W4AMP...

I would also highly suggest the you contact the people that he defrauded on eBay.com. He was using the screen(account) name N9ZDA when he did this and there are numerous people that Im sure will be more than willing to get their money back, or at least see some justice done.
