I for one would have no problem putting the kibosh on any deal where the buyer demands he use PP. As I am the seller, I set the rules, if any potential buyer doesn't like it...Too Bad, so sad!

Some amps have the tubes built with positive locking, like the Yaesu 2100 series, they have a metal snap locking ring that secures them very well, I sent an FL-2100 series with the tubes in the sockets to the Greater Antilles without a problem.

I don't feel that they did it correctly, even though the brick amp is much less fragile than a tube amp or boat anchor. It should be double boxed.
