Re: Negetive Feed-back.
To all you people reading negetive feed-back in this medium, first look over the persons full compliment of feed-back. Go to E-Bay and read the good stuff. There are a hundred to one positive notes to one negetive. You know the old saying, "You can't please everybody!" There is always some cheap-o ...

Need help on my portable repeater project
Hi, I am building a 2mtr portable repeater for our ARES Club. I'm using ic-2200h mobile radios and a ces rm-10 controller. I have every thing working great, EXCEPT, I cannot get any transmit audio. I have a good cor/cos signal and the unit comes up very well. The roger beep is fine. Can someone sugg...

Best transaction I have ever made.
I just completed a transactio with Kenneth bachand, KJ4JGN.
He offered an Alinco DR-06T for sale, AS-NEW.
we haggled a little, and I purchased the unit.
Upon arrival, it looks as if I ordered it from a Ham Radio
supplier.
This radio was MINT.
Great deal all around.

Hi, thanks for the responce, I have done what said a couple of times myself.
But it only took a couple of times, I figured out what I was doing. I am

Appreciate the reply.

Redundant Classified Ads.
I have noticed lately that there are way too many multiple identical Ads being submitted by sellers. I wonder if these posters figure they get priority exposure by abusing the posts. I am sure I read that this is not allowed. Anybody else see the redundant posts growing rapidly? Just curious Russ==K...

Re: Legal & Professional Opinions
We often see both legal and professional opinions offered on individual situations without a callsign or other identification of the person or persons making these comments. It would be appropriate to know the background or training of these guru's. Just my two cents. K3CI Gordon Silverman E.A. As ...

Hi, you have crossed wires in the base of the mic.
double check circuit diagram on mic base plate and
besure the radio schematic matches.
careful if you arnt careful, you will cross also at the
mic plug. I would check there first.
Good luck

d-104 to yeasu
Hi, I just wired my d-104 for my ft-726r unit.
On dx/mods,. there is a mod consisting of chocks-fet-resistors
this will give you true fm audio. mine worked without the
mod, but it is very tinny sounding due to the terrible
mis-match of impedience.
Good luck

Hi, over the years, I have seen many defective antennas fixed by removing pl-259 and making sure that NOT EVEN one strand of the braided shield is contacting center conductor. This will give you the problems your having. If you have a dummy load, you can check your feed line by putting a barrell con...

Double-triple-quadruple ADS
I have a feeling that some advertisers are really taking advantage of a good site. I see more and more reduntant ads and feel like they want more of the pie than they need. 1 listing should be sufficient, why hog space and put multiple ads one after another. Inconsiderate or hitting submit to many t...

I don''t se why anyone needs to link e-bay or refer to e-bay on this site. E-bay is a Profit for me deal and could care less what goes on. The more you slander a person on fgeedback the more e-bay does to keep the slander going. It is ludicris to be told"you can also leave bad feedback" People will ...

This is a great swap sight. I would think everyone would take advantage of qth.com. It is well monitored-Ham controlling Bad Hams. and the best part, other than Donations its free. E-bay gives you nothing. And when the feedback gets to lie about sellers and buyers and e-bay condones it, it is in my ...

I worked on a few of these and they come straight 10 m not for use on cb. It only takes 1 pf capacitor to transform them into a powered not legal for cb power house.
