My bank now puts an automatic hold on all postal money orders due to some past fraud with them. The branch I use has actuall had two fake postal money orders presented. From now on I will go to the PO to cash them instead of depositing them.

I advertised looking for an SDR-IQ. Got an email from him with a cu/paste of the RFSpace product description from this same guy with a price of $500. I replied I could get a new one for less. His reply was how much would I offer.... This seems somewhat OK but stood the hairs up on my neck. Next stop...

I just purchased a Kenwood mic to use with my remoterig setup with a K3. Without asking he sent me a scan of the shipping info and the mic arrived in new condition and very well packed. Thanks Hugo!

Sounds like it may not have been packed well and UPS is not likely to pay a claim. But it also should not be your responsibility. You should send the amp back for a refund and the shipper should file the claim.
