Sent partial payment and nothing now!

I sent half payment for a amp to a person in N.J. and he will not respond when asked if he got the payment via Paypal. His listed call sign is in the fcc data base and on QTH classifieds.

What can be done?

If is in the last 45 days you can file a dispute with PayPal for "non delivery of Item". If it has been more than 45 days about the best thing you can hope for is that pressure applied to him on this forum may make him communicate with you at least.

It might not be a bad idea to tell us who it is.

Okay he finally replied, so I will see how this plays out. If it goes bad, you bet I'll file dispute via Paypal and bring his name and call signs to the public forum to warn others!
