I responded to Tom's listing for some floppy discs. Quick response. One day to make the deal, and Tom shipped the same day BEFORE I made payment.! He shipped immediately without me asking him to do it, and said I could wait until I got the floppies before making payment. Needless to say, I made the PayPal payment as soon as I knew the total $amount.
It has been several years since our last transaction, and Tom hasn't changed one bit--he is still one of the few guys you can bank on to always get it right.
