I swapped a Icom Duel Band Ht for a Icom iC-260 2 meter allmode. which carl stated it only had a sticky swith. swapped it to Dale WT4T enclosed is a partial replie from dale i got today

I sat here and read your post a few times and I have a question about this trading.
The way I understand this is, you traded an Icom dual band HT to Carl and he sent you an Icom IC-260 which you traded to Dale for an Alinco radio.
When Dale received the 260 he checked it out and found that the radio is junk.
Now you have to send the Alinco back to Dale.
My Question is this, did you try the 260 before you traded it to Dale? Also, why did you trade it off so quick? If it was not what you wanted, why did you do a trade with Carl.
I'm not defending what Carl did to you but if I was doing a deal like this I would check out the item before passing it on. A trade like this makes you look bad in Dales mind.

Well I have every email you sent me including the one where you said you used the rig to make contact to a ham in Ky. And as for the threats to me then that is low. I have dealt with many hams on all the boards and I always (TRY) to give them a better than fair deal. I even offered you the ht back at the beginning of the deal and YOU chose NOT to take it back. As for the slander of me being a deadbeat. You are the one that kept trying to con (ME) out of my 2 meter Kenwood. I even told you that I would make a deal with you on that and you wanted it for free. So who is a deadbeat? For everyone on here I am sorry that it has gone this far. I never had any intentions of airing this on here and it is not for that fact that I have anything to hide. So here is a copy of several emails that we have sent to each other. Again I am sorry for this but I will not be drug through the mud without defending myself. I have every email if anyone wants them. Thanks again for listening.

usb docking station software disk install disk etc..but thats it..why don't
you take the visor and the gps and sell them or use them for swapping
