We have another ham; N1DVL who makes all hams look good :)
I bought 2 Icom filters from Ray, and they were just as he described; perfect.
In light of the negative hams we hear about, there are a lot more of the good guys, and Ray is one of them. I would not hesitate to deal with him in the future, and others would also do themselves a favor by dealing with him.
