nightmare
what a nightmare. i shipped billy a L-4B. packed it in 4 layers of cardboard, 3 inches of packing peanuts and an additional "kick plate" cardboard on the outside. fed ex manage to "spear, 5 layers of cardboard" and damage the L-4B. fed ex picked it up to do a damage inspection and was to return it to billy. well...... fed ex lost the return shipment . three weeks and 20 phone calls later it shows up at billy's door. being smart, billy opened it up in front of the driver. when he opened the box, it rained glass and parts. whatever they did not crush the first time, they managed to finish the second trip.... amazing! 73 paul w8jn
